Passionate about holistic well-being, Fran is a certified Medical Missionary, Health Coach, and John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach. With a strong foundation in psychology and counseling, she is currently pursuing a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in counseling at East Stroudsburg University.

Fran's journey into the world of natural remedies and vegan recipes was inspired by the teachings of Dick Gregory during her college years. This sparked a lifelong passion for exploring holistic approaches to health and wellness. She is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently working on her certifications with the Global Health Institute, Amen Clinics as a Brain Health Coach, and the American Natural Wellness Coaches Board.

As a Medical Missionary certified by MedMissionary.com, Fran works under the auspices of the Seventh-day Adventist church, combining her faith-based values with her expertise in health coaching. She finds great fulfillment in unlocking the secrets of Bible prophecy, using the Bible as its own interpreter, and sharing these insights with others.

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish an online marketing business, where she promotes a savings program and helps others develop an online income by working with a digital entrepreneurial community, empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Fran finds joy in creative outlets like Tunisian crochet, knitting, and crafting natural soaps and body products. She dreams of one day converting a mini-school bus into a mobile home, allowing her to travel across North America, visiting friends and family while meeting new people along the way.
